  1. Approval of the minutes of the January 13, 2020, regular meeting of the Mountain Brook City Council.
  2. Consideration: Resolution authorizing the execution of an agreement with ClasTran for public transportation services.
  3. Consideration: Resolution awarding the bid for the purchase of one Tactical Electronics CORE Pole camera kit and Under Door Camera Head (B-20191210-598) for the Police Department.
  4. Consideration: Resolution recommending to the State of Alabama, Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, the issuance of a 020 – Restaurant Retail Liquor license to Sol Y Luna Group, LLC (trade name: Sol Y Luna Restaurant), 920 Lane Parke Court, Mountain Brook, AL 35223.
  5. Public hearing: Consideration of an ordinance authorizing the installation of traffic bollards along Beech Circle near the city limits with Birmingham and prohibiting northbound traffic beyond that point.
  6. Announcement: The next regular meeting of the City Council is February 10, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of City Hall located at 56 Church Street, Mountain Brook, AL 35213.
  7. Comments from residents.
  8. Adjourn.
